Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing of all construction works
- Ensuring all QA/QC comply with contract requirements
- Ensuring all contractual matter comply with contract requirement
- Ensure subcontractors claims are verified and claims are submitted on time
- Monitoring and coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure the project meet design objectives, timeline and budget
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure local law compliance
Working Experience
IR. Zul Izwan has 15 years of working experience involved in Engineering, Procurement, Project, Consultancy, Construction and Management (EPC, EPCC, EPCM, PMC) of multi-scale projects such commercial complex and processing plant (specialized in oil and gas, petrochemical and energy industries).
